Creating engaging and modern museum exhibitions within heritage buildings poses unique challenges. It’s essential to respect the historical fabric of these spaces while introducing cutting-edge immersive technologies. These technologies offer unprecedented opportunities to enliven such environments. The historical backdrop aids in conveying the right information and atmosphere to visitors. One such exhibition was created in a tenement house Under the Golden Sun at the old market square in Wrocław, and also at the King’s Castle in Warsaw, where innovative multimedia elements were seamlessly integrated into these historic settings. These projects illustrate the delicate balance between preserving history and embracing modernity.
